Key Role Information

Within this strategic position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources initiatives, programs, policies, processes, and procedures.

This role requires strong business acumen to understand client needs and deliver practical solutions. It also demands the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the Defence Industry and knowledge of HRIS and Workday systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic and operational HRM and ER advice and counsel to managers
  • Driving employee engagement through effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Managing grievances and/or investigations

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Canberra or Brisbane. The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline and 7+ years' experience in Human Resource Management.
