Client Service Officer Opportunity

We are seeking to fill a role for Client Service Officers who will be responsible for providing advice and assistance on housing options.

The successful applicants will be tasked with assessing client eligibility and needs, managing client information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity, working with internal specialists and external service providers to make referrals, monitoring property condition and facilitating maintenance and minor modifications, and managing conflicts and expectations of clients and their advocates.

The ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive issues and confidential information, decision making and problem solving skills, planning and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines, and excellent customer service skills.

This is a temporary opportunity with an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The successful applicants must have a valid driver's license and be double vaccinated against COVID-19.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing advice and assistance on housing options.
  • Assessing client eligibility and needs.
  • Managing client information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity.
  • Working with internal specialists and external service providers to make referrals.
  • Monitoring property condition and facilitating maintenance and minor modifications.
  • Managing conflicts and expectations of clients and their advocates.
