We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to lead our end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Agile methodologies to drive project planning, backlog refinement, sprint management, scope, dependencies, risks, and milestone tracking.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops, supporting the Product Owner in defining goals, refining backlogs, and engaging key stakeholders.
- Cultivate a high-performing delivery culture through coaching, guidance, and team facilitation.
- Align traditional delivery methods with Agile ways of working, promoting cultural adoption through education, influence, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Prepare and deliver executive updates and progress reports, removing delivery obstacles proactively.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Agile professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our enterprise programs.
Requirements:- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise projects in fast-paced environments, with the ability to work autonomously and take accountability.
- Advanced proficiency in configuring and maintaining Agile tools, along with other software provided by the organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Design Thinking, and Human-Centred Design principles.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to energise teams, build relationships, and manage stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
This role requires Australian Citizenship and a Baseline security clearance.
