To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Over three years of solid commercial property management experience
  • A VIC Agent's Representative Certificate
  • A current VIC Police Check
  • A current Victorian Driver's License and a well-maintained vehicle

You should also be proficient in property management software, such as MRI or Yardi, and have a deep understanding of the Melbourne commercial property market.
