At Nando's, we're people-first, chicken-second. We're looking for a Retail Property Manager ANZ to help our restaurants thrive by firing up the performance of our full property portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building internal and landlord relationships, managing lease renewals, and keeping our portfolio in top form. They will also get hands-on with new lease negotiations, divestments, and commercial action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Renewals & Property Moves: Keep tabs on leases expiring in the next 12 months and make sure we're ahead of the game. Support the team with new restaurant openings, relocations, expansions, and refurbishments.
  • Sizzling Projects & Works: Stay close to Landlords to make sure all agreed works are delivered on time, in scope, and up to Nando's standards. Collaborate on refurbishment plans and negotiate landlord approval.
  • Portfolio & People Connections: Be the heartbeat of property across our ANZ restaurants—building tasty relationships with our brilliant area managers and Landlords. Act as the first point of contact for our restaurant teams when they've got a property question.
  • Let's Talk Promotions: Work with Marketing to turn centre-based promotions into full-on flavour moments—think vibrant hoardings, eye-catching signage, and buzzworthy builds.
Requirements

You'll bring the know-how to help us keep our property game strong across ANZ:

  • At least 3 years' experience in retail leasing or managing a portfolio—bonus points if it's in food or hospitality.
  • Juggled a sizeable number of sites before.
  • A degree in property or something similar?
  • Lease lingo fluent: You can read lease docs like they're your favourite recipe.
  • Admin legend: You keep things running on time, on track, and on point.
