Commercial Property Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our organization in Melbourne. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Retail Leases Act 2003 and be able to effectively manage a portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial property management portfolio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Review and negotiate leases, ensuring optimal rental income for clients.
  • Ensure timely collection of rent and outgoings, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commercial property management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in commercial property management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing commercial property portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of the Retail Leases Act 2003 and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in data management and analytical tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car.
