About the Role

The Facilities Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the day-to-day maintenance operations of our facilities are completed efficiently.

This autonomous role oversees all facility maintenance & technical issues during evenings, consistently providing exceptional service to our guests.

Maintenance includes fixing and upkeep of plant, equipment, and machinery, including mechanical, hydraulic, and other systems.

The role requires hands-on execution of duties related to the repair and upkeep of our facilities' systems.

We are looking for a skilled technician to carry out general room and preventative maintenance inspections with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.

Utilising our Maintenance Request System and liaising with the Engineering team on requirements of jobs and tasks while ensuring tasks are completed within adequate timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to ensure our facilities operate smoothly
  • Liaise with colleagues across various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve our maintenance processes
