Duties and Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Maintain kitchen and electrical equipment effectively.">
  • Perform plumbing, air conditioning, and refrigeration maintenance tasks.">
  • Conduct basic handyman tasks as required.">
  • Organize fire protection system maintenance efficiently.">
  • Assist contractors with equipment maintenance when necessary.">
  • Manage stock levels and complete work orders on time.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • You must have previous experience in facilities maintenance.">
  • You should have working knowledge of facilities plant and equipment.">
  • You need to be available to work 5 days a week and be on call during weekends.">
  • You must be able to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively.">
  • You need to hold an engineering, building, or equivalent Trades Certificate.">
  • A current QLD Full or Restricted electrical licence is desirable.">
  • An EWP and Forklift License is also desirable.">
