Job Summary:
As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing paid media campaigns with media partners, ad networks, and agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure alignment with KPI objectives, manage ad operations, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns with media partners, ad networks, and agencies.
- Manage ad operations, including campaign setup, tracking, placement, optimization, and delivery.

- Monitor performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
You should have 2+ years of experience in paid advertising, with expertise in display ads, paid social, native, and programmatic banners. Proven ability to negotiate deals and nurture relationships with focus on performance is essential. Strong knowledge of media buying platforms and programmatic technologies is also required.
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Cryptocurrency knowledge.
- Photoshop/Basic Editing Skills.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
