Lawyer - Commercial Deals APAC

We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our Legal team. You will be embedded with the Kuiper business, focusing on commercial customer and partner deals across APAC.
The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law firm and in-house work, as well as knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:- SUPPORT COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES EFFORTS IN APAC: Provide legal support for structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements (e.g., services and customer terminals) and counsel the business team on legal issues related to Kuiper's customer and partner contracts.
- DEVELOP STRATEGIES FOR HANDLING LEGAL ISSUES IN CREATIVE WAYS: Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build processes that address risk while allowing the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
Requirements:
- LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW IN AUSTRALIA
- Experience in corporate law firm and in-house work
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent
