Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented commercial lawyer to support our business in APAC. You will be embedded with the Kuiper business, focusing on customer and partner deals.

The successful candidate will develop strategies for handling legal issues creatively and build processes that address risk while allowing the business flexibility.

  • Support business development and sales efforts in APAC.
  • Provide legal support, including structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • License to practice law in Australia.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate law firms and in-house work.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, telecommunications, or equivalent.
