  • You will focus on APAC office and retail leasing, construction agreements, and general commercial matters.
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate and construction contracts is required.
  • Experience in providing advisory services on real estate and construction matters is also necessary.
  • We welcome experience advising on emerging technologies like natural language systems and generative AI.

Requirements

  • Admitted to practice in Australia with at least 4 years' PQE, either as an in-house lawyer or in a top or mid-tier law firm in the real estate or construction team.
  • A team player with a desire to provide quality client service to internal clients with diverse local and global projects.
