Join a dynamic and innovative team as we seek a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to support our Project Kuiper initiative.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our Amazon Legal team. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial business development and sales efforts in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Kuiper commercial business development and sales efforts in APAC.
  • Provide legal support, including structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements and counseling the business team on legal issues related to Kuiper's customer and partner contracts.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate law, with experience of working in both corporate law firms and in-house teams. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing successfully to cross-functional teams.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.

Requirements:
  • License to practice law in Australia.
  • Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent.
