Legal Director, APAC Commercial

This role oversees legal affairs, providing counsel and managing disputes across the organization.

The Legal Team plays a critical role by advising commercial teams while protecting company interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee advice and support for commercial activities in the APAC region.
  • Manage lawyers located in various countries across the APAC region.
  • Analyze regional legal risks, offering alternatives and recommendations as required.
  • Draft and negotiate major commercial contracts to support commercial activities in the APAC region.
  • Advise and oversee commercial activities including Sales, eCommerce, Distribution, commercial transformation, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Compliance.
Requirements:
  • Superior knowledge of legislation/legal systems to facilitate complex information analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and possessing a sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
