About the Role

As a Workforce Planning Coordinator at Menzies Aviation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations at our airports. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the schedules and rosters of our ground handling teams to meet the demands of our airline clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive staff rosters to meet operational requirements
  • Analyze workforce data and forecasts to anticipate staffing needs and adjust rosters accordingly
  • Communicate with team leaders and managers to ensure effective resource allocation and coverage
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as required
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to workforce planning and rostering
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of workforce planning
  • Provide support and guidance to team members on rostering and scheduling matters

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a workforce planning, rostering or administrative role, preferably within the aviation or logistics industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workforce utilization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using workforce management software and data analysis tools
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements
