About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Workforce Planning Administration Officer. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to ensure the accurate processing and validation of casual employee hours for payment.

The successful candidate will liaise with HR & IR for pay-related matters, manage governance of related documents, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and professional delivery of administrative and business support
  • Diary and inbox management – scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of their time
  • Assist in meeting preparation, such as any packs or materials that are available for review prior to meetings
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders – including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings
  • Arrange events/functions/off-sites/team building events, including catering where required
  • Participate in meetings and coordinate agendas, actions and tracking
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Process financials, including expenses and invoices and appropriate approvals
