Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator/Delivery Professional to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Dispatching and receiving items to/from clients and suppliers
  • Managing warehousing and storage of all items delivered to the workshop before and after processing
  • Setting up items on tables for processing
  • Conducting quality control and wrapping completed items
  • Recording detailed information of all items entering and leaving the factory, including precise measurements
  • Delivering goods to and from clients and third parties
  • Assisting with production in the factory as needed
  • Liaising with office and sales staff
  • Performing other tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A current Manual vehicle driver's licence and a forklift licence
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A methodical work ethic
  • Strong communication and computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, MS Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and think clearly
  • Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • Superior people skills that are positive and proactive
  • A professional but friendly manner
  • The ability to use basic tools
  • Physical ability to lift and handle materials
