Our laboratory is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Laboratory Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing laboratory operations
- Coordinating workflow to meet customer expectations
- Planning, writing, and delivering training programs for employees
- Performing routine test work within set guidelines and priorities
- Supervising a team of staff
Key Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025 standards
- Understanding of quality control and assurance procedures
- Proven ability to manage a large number of staff in a laboratory environment
- Able to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks effectively
