Beaumont People is seeking experienced customer service professionals and administrators to work on short-term and long-term temporary assignments in Sydney and its surrounding suburbs.

We are looking for hard-working candidates with strong communication skills to support a wide range of non-for-profit organisations during their busy campaign seasons.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working on charity-specific databases and systems
  • Communicating with donors and stakeholders via phone and email
  • Providing administrative support to marketing and events teams
  • Responding to verbal and written requests and general queries
  • Supporting office operations and providing general administrative assistance

Key Requirements:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment
