Part-time Charity Administration and Customer Service Contract Roles

Beaumont People is seeking experienced customer service professionals and administrators to work on short-term and long-term temporary assignments in Sydney and its surrounding suburbs.
We are looking for hard-working candidates with strong communication skills to support a wide range of non-for-profit organisations during their busy campaign seasons.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working on charity-specific databases and systems
- Communicating with donors and stakeholders via phone and email
- Providing administrative support to marketing and events teams
- Responding to verbal and written requests and general queries
- Supporting office operations and providing general administrative assistance
Key Requirements:
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment
