Business Development Manager – Part Time

Part-Serv are seeking a driven and proactive individual to join our team, as a Business Manager, on a Part Time basis (3 days p/w). This is a unique and exciting opportunity, with all the foundations and support in place to enable you to continue to drive the growth and success of the business and really make it your own.
- Competitive annual salary of $100K Pro Rata (60K + Super for 3 days a week)

- Work closely with other team members to facilitate networking events, drive client engagement and build brand awareness.
- Communicate regularly with our partners, including universities and several charity institutions to ensure our clients are benefitting fully and in-line with objectives.
- Establish a plan, gather resources, mobilise, and carry out the actual deliverables, in-line with our long-term goals and overarching strategy.
- Determine and oversee the production of marketing materials by our marketing team (case studies, references, client quotes, etc).
- Manage project budgets, billing, collections, and the financial performance of engagements.
- Help with the compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, collect financial and operational data as required.
- Ability to take accountability and think outside of the box to focus on the development of the company and its activities.
- Excellent interpersonal qualities and enjoy interacting with people every day.
- Possess a growth mindset and eager to learn from an experienced business leader.
- Strong understanding or connection to business principles.
- Care deeply for business growth and truly want to make a difference.
- Experience with reporting expenses, activities, results, market position and projections, with accuracy and promptness.
- Create capture tactics for sales targets that align with the objectives of the practice area and the business model.
- Use judgment within the confines of established rules and standards to choose the proper course of action.
- A competitive annual salary of $60K+ Super for 3 days a week ($100K Pro Rata).
