We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at ATLAS Recruitment Australia. In this role, you will be supporting an existing team, including a project manager, on day-to-day contract administration duties for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in commercial construction, new build, and/or fit-out projects, and will be well-presented with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project manager with contract administration duties, including preparing and submitting RFIs and managing invoices.
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and communication of project progress.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or business administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Jobpac or Cheops, and/or Procore.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
