Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the performance of our portfolio.

This role involves aligning delivery roadmaps with strategic priorities, tracking progress against key results, and identifying opportunities to enhance performance and ways of working.

  • Drive alignment between planning and delivery by coordinating portfolio roadmaps with the broader strategy.
  • Define and continuously improve ways of working across the portfolio and key interfaces, ensuring consistency with divisional frameworks.
  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including portfolio planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain momentum, focus, and accountability.
  • Support prioritisation of initiatives to ensure delivery is aligned with mission-level goals and value creation.

Collaborate closely with senior leaders to influence decisions and drive delivery against ambitious objectives.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business or a related field, and ideally Agile certification.
  • 3–5 years of experience in performance-oriented roles such as project delivery, consulting, business analysis, or stakeholder management.
  • A commercial mindset and a structured approach to solving business challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to break down initiatives using tools like JIRA.
  • Structured thinker with a sharp eye for detail, sound financial acumen, and an analytical, data-driven approach.
