Overview of the Role:
The Distribution Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading and building the distribution strategy for Paramount's Cable, Broadcast and Streaming portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry trends and competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Assess and provide updates on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Lead business communications and presentations for senior management that fuse financial, performance, strategic, and competitive information cohesively.
- Contribute industry knowledge, thought leadership, and a growth perspective.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience from investment banking, consulting, or similar roles.
- Successful track record leading strategic and operational projects.
- Strong academic background in business, finance, or related fields (Bachelor's degree required).
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools (experience with BI tools a plus).
