About this Position

As a strategic portfolio advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to tenant clients and overseeing every aspect of their leasehold interests. This role requires a seasoned leader who can develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in occupier services/tenant representation and excel in communication and negotiation skills. They will also have the ability to create value for clients through lease negotiation and strategic space planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide portfolio advice to tenant clients to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage lease negotiations, renewals, holdovers, and sublease agreements to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategic space planning initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless management of client freehold portfolio requirements.
