About the Role

The Sales Coordinator is a key member of our sales team, responsible for supporting our sales operations and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and clients, providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Process customer orders and enquiries within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain order and case quantity across the month to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in the uptake of additional tasks as per business needs.
  • Ensure backorders are maintained and supplier invoices are regularly followed up.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent customer service skills and experience working in administration or sales processing. The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working in administration or sales processing.
  • A high degree of accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and dedication to follow through.
  • Confident, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
