About the Role:

The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Sales team in achieving their goals and objectives. This includes providing administrative support, coordinating sales efforts, and maintaining accurate records and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans, including market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key contacts, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing and Revenue Management, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the Sales team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, including CRM systems.
