About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Goughrecruitment. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Directors and Sales team across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Directors and Sales team in achieving sales targets and marketing goals
  • Manage sales administration, including listing through to settlement
  • Coordinate all marketing, advertising, and social media activities
  • Develop and implement property marketing and agent marketing strategies
  • Book and install signboards, and upload listings online
  • Manage print and digital platforms, including website management
  • Implement new branding and manage the office brand
  • Perform ad hoc marketing and administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
