About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Sales Assistant to join our team at Sharonbennie. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Meet and greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, conducting sales presentations, and processing sales documents.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a current Certificate of Registration or be in the process of obtaining it.
  • Experience: Previous experience in admin/customer service roles or real estate industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability: Ability to work 9am - 5pm, Monday to Sunday (with two week days off).
