The Role

We're seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Oceania Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and work closely with our Sales representatives to ensure assigned customers achieve expected business outcomes with our solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Support Sales representatives using standard channels and build long-term trusting relationships with customers to ensure they realize full value from their investment with us.
  2. Ensure internal alignment on customer goals and marketing strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute omni-channel digital marketing strategies that maximize value for customers.

  4. Act as a customer advocate, ensuring customer needs are met and account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed.
  5. Manage the allocation process and coordinate with customers to ensure they deliver on commitments.
  6. Manage the tender handling process and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and competitive offer is submitted to customers.
  7. Coordinate the quoting and contracting process with relevant stakeholders.
  8. Timely contract renewals and contract management.

What We're Looking For

  1. Knowledge of shipping, supply chain, or logistics.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Customer relations and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities at once, while keeping quality in focus.
  5. Good process understanding and digital proficiency.
