We are seeking a highly skilled Training Officer - Blended Learning Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating engaging blended learning materials and delivering virtual training sessions via MS Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create interactive and effective blended learning content using Articulate or Captivate.
  • Design and deliver virtual training sessions to meet defined learning outcomes.

  • Analyze training outcomes and recommend improvements to optimize learning experiences.
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing and delivering blended learning programs for ICT projects.
  • Proficiency in digital courseware and virtual training platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to meeting project goals.
Preferred Skills:

  • AGILE or Dynamics 365 experience to drive efficient project delivery.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment to ensure quality assurance.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus additional benefits that reflect our commitment to employee satisfaction and growth.
