Aspen Medical is a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions with a global presence.

The Senior Clinical Instructor role forms part of a team delivering training on medical equipment to defence clinicians as part of a large project to refresh field hospital equipment and infrastructure.

This position requires management of a team of clinical instructors, supporting the development of training material, and delivery of engaging familiarisation training to healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders throughout the design, development, implementation, and review phases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of clinical instructors in the development and delivery of training programs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure training content meets the project's scope and standards
  • Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and adapting to changing circumstances
  • Supporting the development of training materials and resources
  • Providing expert guidance to colleagues on clinical best practices and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current and +5 years unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Div1) and/or Registered Paramedic
  • Experience in managing teams and handling heavy equipment
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Baseline security clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Competency in business software such as MS Office

Payscale: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Location: Various locations across Australia, including capital cities and rural areas
