Specialist Technician for Educational Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in IT to provide technical support services to schools and education sector.
This role involves managing the IT infrastructure within Department of Education schools, including administration of school network and server infrastructure, and providing ICT support services to staff and students in large ICT-based learning environments.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong technical skills, including ability to manage and service Windows and Apple devices on an enterprise scale
- Administration and support of Hyper-V virtualized server environments
- Cloud based service management and administration (Google and Microsoft Services)
- Mobile Device Management administration and deployment
- High level enterprise network administration skills required - Cisco and HP switches
In addition to technical skills, you will also require excellent problem-solving techniques, communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
This is a mid-senior level position, requiring a minimum of 5 years' industry experience, including previous experience within the TSSP program or equivalent corporate industry experience.

Benefits:
- Competitive salary package in the range of $90,000-$110,000 (based on pro-rata 40 hours per week and 46 working weeks per year)
