Job Opening:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Professional to generate new business opportunities within the Education and Government sectors.

  • Identify and pursue qualified opportunities in Higher Education and Government markets, developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and approach targeted segments, ensuring alignment with fiscal year planning and budget cycles.

Sector-Specific Expertise:

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., IT Directors, CIOs, Procurement Officers) to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on education GRC technology requirements and government compliance standards to provide expert advice.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, vendor fairs, and sector-specific gatherings to establish thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales development or related experience, preferably in selling to education or government sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of public sector procurement and RFP/RFQ processes, as well as excellent communication skills.
  • Resilient, process-driven, and effective in managing long sales cycles, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
