Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets, schedules, and resources. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables;
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules;
  • Motivate and lead high-performing project teams;
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures;
  • Analyse and interpret project performance data to inform decision-making;
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in program management, preferably in a government agency or defence industry;
