About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Steward to join our team at The Star Sydney. As a Stewarding team member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of health and hygiene across our Food and Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Culinary team to ensure all restaurant equipment is cleaned and restocked ready for every service
  • Ensure cleaning checklists are completed and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and organisation of Food and Beverage venues
What We're Looking For
  • Flexible availability across a 7-day roster
  • Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or heavy manual labour (highly desired)
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work both solo and as part of a large team
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods (desired but not essential)
