As a Stewarding Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Culinary and Food & Beverage departments, ensuring that all equipment and food areas are clean, hygienic, and safe in accordance with HACCP and Hotel standards. You will assist the Chief Steward & Operations Manager – Stewarding to supervise and oversee the department, maintaining accurate breakage records and conducting inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

Our ideal candidate will possess knowledge of HACCP, previous experience in a similar role, and the skills to work in a high-volume environment. You will have a hands-on leadership approach, strong verbal and written communication skills, and availability to work 38 hours per week and a 7-day rotating roster.
