About this role
The Assistant Community Manager plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement village. This position involves providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, while also overseeing staff rosters, timesheets and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing outstanding customer service to residents and visitors
  • Managing staff schedules, payroll and professional development
  • Coordinating community activities, events and communications
  • Completing administrative tasks, including processing invoices and handling mail and email enquiries
Requirements
  • A proven track record in administration or office management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • A strong ability to develop relationships with older people
  • Prior experience in asset management or property administration is highly desirable
