Job Title: Senior Community Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Community Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel supported and at home.

The successful candidate will have excellent people management skills with leadership abilities, strong financial acumen with budgeting and financial reporting experience, and proven asset management experience, preferably in property or facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere that promotes resident wellbeing.
  • Manage village operations, including maintenance and service coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead a passionate team committed to creating an exceptional living experience.

  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
