Retirement Village Management Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our retirement village. This role involves developing in-home services and leading a team of staff to deliver excellent care and operational management across all areas of the village.
The successful candidate will be passionate about working with seniors, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have prior experience in the retirement village sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing in-home services within the village
- Leading a team of staff to deliver excellent care and operational management
- Working closely with residents, staff, and stakeholders to ensure the village operates efficiently
- Maintaining open and transparent relationships with residents and staff
