Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Rostering Administrator. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in rostering care staff with residents to provide at-home care services according to agreed timeframes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Rostering the Village Care Team for resident visits in accordance with their care plans.
- Allocating care services to our team of personal care assistants.
- Coordinating the process of welcoming new care team members to the village through buddy shifts.
- Collection and analysis of workforce data as required.
- Coordination of staff and resident services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of older people.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency with intermediate aptitude in Word, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rostering or scheduling for a medium to large workforce.
In addition to your technical skills, we require strong organizational skills, sound communication skills, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
