High-Quality Test Leadership

• This mid-to-senior-level position will lead and manage test activities on large-scale projects, ensuring high-quality outputs are delivered on time.
• You'll work closely with stakeholders to develop test strategies, create and implement test plans, and manage resource allocation and work distribution across testing projects.
• Your expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting will drive process improvements and enable the team to deliver exceptional results.

1. Develop comprehensive system testing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning them with organizational policies and project goals.
2. Create and implement test plans that meet organizational standards and project requirements.
3. Manage resource allocation and work distribution across testing projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
4. Ensure the quality and timely delivery of all test-related outputs, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
5. Coordinate with stakeholders to secure sign-off on test phase deliverables, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
6. Lead risk identification and analysis sessions to inform test planning and control, driving informed decision-making.
7. Provide timely and relevant test status updates and metrics to stakeholders, including clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
8. Identify skill and resource gaps within the test team and assist in sourcing appropriate talent, promoting continuous growth and improvement.
9. Foster clear communication within the test team and across project stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes, leveraging expertise and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Define and agree on entry/exit criteria for each test phase, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the testing process.
12. Collaborate with vendors to ensure adherence to SLAs and test processes, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
13. Work with stakeholders and vendors to enhance infrastructure, systems, and processes, driving innovation and improvement.
14. Recommend tools for test automation and management to improve efficiency, identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement.
15. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure test environments are ready and available, streamlining the testing process and reducing delays.

• Proven experience in test management across large-scale projects, with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs on time.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting, with a deep understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and test management systems, with the ability to recommend and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ability to drive process improvements and manage vendor relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and enhancing efficiency.
