Lead Testing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Director to lead our testing portfolios for Core Banking, Business Banking, and NextGen transformation programs at a leading banking client.

This role involves delivering complex multi-million-dollar testing portfolios, managing large-scale teams (up to 120+ FTEs) including offshore resources (70% offshoring ratio), and overseeing testing of mission-critical banking applications such as Working Capital Services, Payments Transformation, and Business Operations.

  • Prior experience in senior test leadership roles (Test Director, Portfolio Test Manager) in Cards and Acquiring, with a focus on end-to-end testing strategy and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance, testing strategy, and delivery leadership across Core Banking, Digital Platforms, Payments, and Cards & Acquiring domains.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services, with experience working on complex projects involving multiple vendors and integrations. They will be able to demonstrate expertise in testing strategy, delivery leadership, and quality assurance metrics.
