Lead Testing Quality Assurance Specialist

Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement in our technology teams by leading and managing testing and quality assurance practices.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualifications, experience leading a testing team or practice, and knowledge of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective testing strategies to ensure high-quality software and products meet stakeholder expectations and industry standards.
- Optimize testing processes and foster collaboration among Technology Leaders.
- Support development lifecycle planning, including business case development, product build, implementation, and operational processes.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualifications.
- Experience leading a testing team or practice.
- Knowledge of technology solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
