Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and manage testing practices, ensuring high-quality software meets stakeholder expectations and industry standards.

This role involves developing and implementing effective testing strategies, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing strategies across teams, ensuring adherence to methodologies and supporting teams with audit responses.
  • Configure tools to support team needs and manage license deployment using subject matter experts and working groups.
  • Monitor compliance using reporting platforms and develop escalation frameworks for technology leaders.
  • Collaborate with Technology Leaders to foster a culture of collaboration and indirect leadership.
  • Support development lifecycle planning, including business case development, product build, implementation, and operational processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualifications, with a postgraduate qualification highly regarded. Experience leading a testing team or practice, project management experience is a plus.

The candidate should have knowledge of technology solutions, including hardware, software, and networking, along with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, experience building and maintaining client relationships, vendor management experience, and excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship management skills.
