Test Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the test strategy and test plan.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of finance test lead experience and a strong background in Workday Finance or Workday Adaptive Planning Module. They will also possess excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver timely results in fast-paced agile project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the test strategy and test plan.
  • Work with stream leads to define and refine test scenarios and related data.
  • Coordinate testing for UAT and production tenant testing.
  • Lead the business testing team and allocate tasks based on priorities and timelines.
  • Track and manage defects using JIRA.
  • Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, developers, and stakeholders.
