Role Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead testing of PACE including planning, preparing, and delivering user acceptance testing (UAT) and business verification testing (BVT).
  • Manage quality assurance activities through the preparation and review of test strategies, plans, accessible test scripts in Easy English, coverage matrices, and sign-off reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading design, implementation, and continuous improvement of test automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Ability to architect and evolve automation solutions that integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with version control, branching strategies, and code reviews in Git-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of test data management, environment configuration, and test execution orchestration.
  • Proven ability to oversee development and execution of test plans, test scenarios, and sign-off reports.
  • Leadership in managing end-to-end testing activities.
  • Experience in resource planning, task allocation, and performance oversight.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
