Job Title

Quality Assurance Lead

Overview

This role focuses on overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies across various products to ensure they meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and client support, to guarantee quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications
  • Lead test or quality teams and mentor QA specialists
  • A strong communicator with all levels of management, including client engagement
  • Commitment to mentoring QA specialists
  • Risk management and focus on continuous improvement in quality processes
About You / Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in test or quality teams
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance strategies, processes, and methodologies
  • Ability to define and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Collaboration experience with clients on quality delivery plans
  • Communication skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in governance and delivery in technology
