About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at Herbert Smith Freehills. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process staff movements, including joiners, movers, and leavers, ensuring efficient configuration and access management.
  • Manage access to Expert, Workday, and other key systems, ensuring secure and authorized access.
  • Collaborate with IT SAM UK on international secondments and moves, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Administer and maintain Privileged Access Management, ensuring robust security and compliance.
  • Conduct internal and external user access audits, working closely with IT Security.
  • Provide input and proof of process for client audits, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Resolve MS Exchange (EXO) issues for user accounts and groups, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Create and manage groups within AD and Azure AD, ensuring accurate and secure configuration.
  • Set up and maintain smart groups via GroupID, ensuring efficient access and management.
  • Configure user accounts and access to various systems, including DocuSign, GTM, Bighand, Google Gsuite, Jira, and Interaction.
  • Manage individual ServiceNow SAM incident queues and national SAM queues, ensuring timely resolution and management.
  • Set up support teams in ServiceNow and allocate correct access groups, ensuring accurate and secure configuration.
