We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Systems Administrator to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering and maintaining Linux systems, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux and AIX.
  • Configuring and managing servers, including hardware and software patching.
  • Developing and implementing automation scripts using Ansible and Bash.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting system issues using Nagios and Zabbix.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux and AIX.
  • Experience with server administration, including hardware and software patching.
  • Proficiency in Ansible and Bash scripting.
  • Knowledge of Nagios and Zabbix monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with VMWare virtualization.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practices.
  • Knowledge of Samba server administration.
  • Experience with FTP server administration.
