**About the Role at Evolve Scientific an NES Fircroft Company**
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that incidents, audit findings, and nonconformances are resolved and closed off on the IT system.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Working across all teams to ensure that incidents, audit findings, and nonconformances are resolved and closed off on the IT system.
- Facilitating internal stakeholders to utilise the software system when raising incidents, ensuring adequate evidence is included for successful closure.
- Establishing effective relationships with various departments across the organisation and working proactively to gather evidence to close off outstanding audit, deviation, and incident findings.
**Requirements:**
- Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience particularly working within a quality environment or safety systems alongside experience in administration of IT systems, in a highly regulated environment.
- Experience in the administration of IT systems.
- Proven ability in conducting risk assessments, writing investigation reports, and completion of actions.
- Experience in being able to work across all levels of an organisation with a distinct ability to adapt and pick up on systems and processes quickly.
**Culture/Benefits:**
- This is a Mon-Fri, 12 month contract role.
- Flexible hybrid work environment.
- Depending on experience: $59-66 p/hour + super.
**Security Clearance:** If successful in the role, there is a security clearance required, which can take up to 8 weeks.
